**As a marketing fresher, you will assist in campaign execution, content creation, market research, and event coordination across various platforms. This role provides hands-on experience in real-time marketing strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (both online and offline)
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Help coordinate events, exhibitions, and internal branding activities
- Collaborate with design and content teams for promotional materials
- Maintain and update marketing databases and documentation
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports
- Contribute ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement

**Must Have**:

- Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and communication
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing trends
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking with a proactive approach to learning and execution
- Detail-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic marketing environment

**Nice to have**:

- Proficiency in MS Office and tools like Canva or Google Workspace is a plus
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Comfortable interacting with vendors, clients, or external stakeholders
- Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram from a brand perspective
