As a Marketing Intern/Fresher, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while working closely with experienced professionals. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support the creation of marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Assist in managing social media channels and online presence, including content creation and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Help organize and participate in marketing events, such as product launches, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) from a top-tier business school or equivalent.
- Strong passion for marketing with a desire to build a career in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
- Prior internship or relevant experience in marketing is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
