We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join our team. As a Marketing Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop foundational skills in marketing. This role is ideal for recent graduates who have completed relevant internships or individuals with limited professional experience in marketing but possess a strong interest in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in market research activities to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Support the analysis of marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Engage with our audience on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team including organising files, scheduling meetings, and managing communications.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute fresh perspectives to the team.
- Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to enhance marketing skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for marketing with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Must have completed relevant internships or coursework related to marketing.
