**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a results-oriented **WhatsApp Marketing Executive** with strong English communication skills, hands-on experience in **WhatsApp Business & catalog management**, and a modern approach using **AI tools**. The role involves driving direct-to-customer engagement, promotions, and conversions via WhatsApp in a structured and performance-driven manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and execute **WhatsApp marketing campaigns** for product promotions, offers, and customer engagement.
- Use **WhatsApp Business** features effectively, including **catalog setup, management**, product tagging, and quick replies.
- Create **clear, persuasive, and grammatically accurate English content** for WhatsApp messages, templates, and automated workflows.
- Use **AI tools** (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Lumen5) to generate content, creatives, and optimize communication flows.
- Work with **WhatsApp Business API platforms** like Interakt, AiSensy, Zoko, WATI for automation, analytics, and segmentation.
- Run campaigns for cart recovery, product launches, feedback, customer onboarding, and re-engagement.
- Ensure proper **catalog listing, image optimization, and regular updates** within WhatsApp Business profile.
- Analyze campaign metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion) and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with product, sales, and design teams to sync messaging with marketing goals.
- Ensure compliance with **WhatsApp Business guidelines and data privacy regulations**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **WhatsApp Marketing (B2C)** or similar digital marketing role.
- **Excellent English communication skills** - both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in managing **WhatsApp Business features** - especially **catalog creation and updates**.
- Experience using **AI content creation tools** for marketing (ChatGPT, Canva, Jasper, etc.).
- Knowledge of customer journey flows, segmentation, retargeting, and behavioral messaging.
- Hands-on experience with **CRM/marketing tools** connected to WhatsApp platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple campaigns.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in eCommerce, D2C, electronics, fashion, or pro audio/musical accessories.
- Experience with **design tools** like Canva or Adobe Express for visual content creation.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Campaign open and engagement rates
- Conversion and sales from WhatsApp campaigns
- Growth in WhatsApp catalog clicks and interactions
- Subscriber list growth and retention
- Cart recovery success rate
- Time-to-response for customer queries via WhatsApp

**Salary: ₹40000 / Month**
