**Position Overview**:
As a WhatsApp Marketing Intern at Baoiam Innovations, you will assist in devising and implementing marketing strategies on the WhatsApp platform. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leveraging WhatsApp to engage audiences, enhance brand visibility, and support marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns under the guidance of senior marketing professionals.
- Contribute to crafting engaging content suitable for WhatsApp, including text, visuals, and interactive elements.
- Support in engaging with users on WhatsApp to build connections, address inquiries, and provide assistance.
- Learn to implement segmentation strategies and personalized communication techniques.
- Assist in monitoring campaign metrics and data analysis to gather insights for campaign optimization.
- Support in implementing improvements based on observed trends and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and an interest in WhatsApp as a marketing platform.
- Strong written communication skills with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing strategies.
- Enthusiastic about gaining practical experience in WhatsApp marketing initiatives.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret data and contribute ideas for campaign enhancement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
