**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketing - Social Media Marketing & Automation Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role requires hands-on experience in social media advertising, campaign management, automation workflows, and analytics reporting. A diploma or bachelor's degree in digital marketing is preferable, along with formal training, prior internship experience, and a strong understanding of various marketing tools and platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, Youtube and LinkedIn.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Manage and maintain business profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Implement automation workflows to streamline lead generation and communication funnels.
- Create and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for customer engagement.
- Track campaign KPIs including allocated budget, optimize and compile reports using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other team members to deliver cohesive campaigns.

**Education Qualification**

Degree Any graduate

Preferred Bachelors/diploma in Digital Marketing.

Advantage Additional Certification in the digital marketing tools.

**Skills**:
**Paid Advertising Platforms**:

- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad Manager.

**Social Media Management**:

- Experience in managing business accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube,

Twitter, Facebook.

**Analytics & SEO**:

- Hands-on with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and keyword tools
- Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO principles.

**Automation Tools**:

- Working knowledge of Zapier, Pabbly Connect, or Make (Integromat), etc.

**Communication & Outreach**:

- WhatsApp marketing platforms like AiSensy or Wati, etc.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills — ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated ad tech-savvy with a willingness to learn emerging tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
