Job Title: Business Development Associate

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Engage Prospective Donors**: Proactively approach and engage with individuals at designated locations, providing them with information about our organization and its impact.
- **Present Our Mission**: Clearly and passionately communicate the mission, goals, and accomplishments of the organization to potential donors.
- **Raise Funds and Donations**: Encourage and secure financial contributions, donations, and other forms of support from individuals and corporate entities.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with donors, ensuring a pleasant and informative interaction.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet and exceed fundraising targets set by the organization.
- **Report and Record**: Maintain accurate records of donor information and contributions, and provide regular reports to the fundraising manager.
- **Promotional Materials**: Distribute promotional materials and answer questions about the organization's projects and needs.
- **Event Participation**: Participate in fundraising events and activities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- **Personality**: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident with a professional demeanor.
- **Motivation**: Self-motivated with a passion for the organization’s mission.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in various locations and adapt to different environments.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,748.28 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
