**About the Role ( 8 weeks to 12 Weeks Internship Program)**

As a Donor Acquisition Officer, you will play a vital role in representing our organization and raising funds to support our mission. You will engage with potential donors in person, effectively conveying our organization's messaging, and inspiring them to become financial supporters. Your efforts will directly contribute to our fundraising goals and help us make a positive impact in our community.

**Responsibilities**

1. Effectively communicate our organization's mission, goals, and impact to potential donors, inspiring them to contribute funds.

2. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential donors, providing excellent donor relations and stewardship.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions, donations, and other relevant information in the organization's database.

4. Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance fundraising skills and knowledge.

5. Utilize fundraising techniques, strategies, and scripts provided by the organization to maximize donor engagement and fundraising results.

6. Meet set income targets by signing paid-supporters for the client.

**Skills required**
- Good communication skills - Ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with a wide range of people.
- Keen desire to learn on the job
- Energy and drive to inspire people and promote a cause
- Ability to work towards fundraising targets, accept and implement feedback
- Graduates/Post Graduates specialized in Marketing or MSW would be an added advantage.

**Salary**: From ₹5,000.00 per month
