Job Description: Face to face Drive

Experience: 0.6 Years-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, social media, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with ATS and HR software is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
