Job Description: Face to face Drive
Experience: 0.6 Years-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, social media, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks
- Experience with ATS and HR software is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
