- Internal Database/ATS, Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting and many more
- Must have experience in IT Recruitment
- Proven work experience as a **Technical Recruiter** or Recruiter.
- Manage End to End recruitment
- Performing reference and background checks
- Experience in Team handling and stake holder management.
- Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business
- Target oriented and have a Go
- better attitude
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
- Should be able to work with a team take responsibility of his/her portfolio of demands.
