**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:
M365 & Copilot Technologies
- Carryout incident, problem and change management across multiple M365 technologies.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate level of support or development team.
- Document and update support cases, solutions, and best practices in the knowledge base.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the quality and usability of M365 technologies and services.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in M365 technologies and services.

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge and skills in M365 technologies, such as configuration, performance, functionality, security, and integration.
- Knowledge of large language models (LLMs). You need to understand how LLMs work and how they generate content based on user prompts. You also need to know the limitations and risks of using LLMs and how to avoid them.
- Knowledge of prompt writing. You need to be able to write effective prompts for Copilot that can elicit the desired output. You also need to be able to teach users how to write their own prompts and how to improve them.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps. You need to be familiar with the features and functionalities of Microsoft 365 Apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and more.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Certification Requirements
- MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- MS-700 Managing Microsoft Teams

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: From ₹80,000.00 per month
