Job Title: AI Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our team, with a strong focus on Conversational AI, Azure AI Services, and Microsoft 365 Copilot integration. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in building intelligent conversational systems using modern LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and cloud-native AI services. A background in both Microsoft and AWS AI ecosystems is desirable, enabling scalable and enterprise-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conversational AI Development: Design, build, and optimize intelligent chatbots, voice assistants, and AI agents using advanced NLP and conversational AI frameworks.
• Azure AI Services Implementation: Utilize Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning for AI model development, deployment, and scaling.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot Integration:
• Create and customize Copilot prompts and plugins.
• Extend and embed Copilot functionality into business workflows.
• Prompt Engineering & LLM Tuning: Craft, test, and refine prompts for large language models to improve relevance, contextuality, and accuracy.
• Microsoft Graph API: Integrate Microsoft 365 data and functionality into AI systems using Microsoft Graph API.
• Power Platform Enablement: Collaborate on solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other low-code/no-code Microsoft tools.
• AI Model Training: Train, fine-tune, and optimize models using NLP libraries and ML frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Cloud Deployment: Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, UX, data science, and engineering teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Track performance of deployed systems, analyze user interactions, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on NLP and Conversational AI.
• Proven hands-on experience with Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services).
• Experience building with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including prompt and plugin development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Strong development skills in Python or JavaScript for AI integration and automation.
• Familiarity with NLP tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹295, ₹1,366,038.94 per year
