**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their digital marketing career with hands-on interest in campaign execution, lead generation, and social media marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in setting up and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Generate and manage leads through targeted digital campaigns and optimize funnels for conversions.

Plan, create, and schedule social media content to build engagement and brand awareness.

Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports on KPIs.

Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and generate quality leads.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights.

Continuously test, optimize, and iterate on campaigns to improve ROI.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
0-2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or freelance projects count).

Strong understanding of campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking.

Hands-on experience or interest in lead generation strategies.

Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Knowledge of social media marketing tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or native schedulers).

Good analytical and communication skills.

Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred.

Certification in digital marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
