**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
(Handling Export Trade Finance with EDPMS and Import Trade Finance with IDPMS )

1) Maintenance of data for Export transactions.

2) Reconciliation of EDPMS Data with AD bank on regular intervals.

3) Co-ordinating with AD Banks and Various internal Dept. for clearing EDPMS pendency

4) Meticulous maintenance of EDPMS/Export data and MIS

5) Handling of Export Documents under LC/Collection/Advance basis etc.

6) Checking and Submitting of Export documents to bank for Lodgment purpose

7) Providing inward disposal instruction to AD Bank for Export Realization

8) Checking of E-BRCs towards export Bill realization.

9) Should have thorough knowledge of trade documents and its applicability.

10) Co-ordination with accounts department for all financial transactions related to exports.

11) Similar responsibilities for Import transactions including IDPMS clearance Forward contracts & & Buyer’s credit financing.
- Good Communication skills with relevant experience in Furniture or related Industries.
- Should have marketing traits.
