Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- **Scheduling**: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure the office environment is clean and organized, including common areas and meeting rooms.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
