**Job Description: Office Assistant**
**Position**: Office Assistant
**Location**: Raheja Towers, Annasalai.
**Reporting To**: [Procurement Manager]
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **General Office Support**:
- Assist in daily office operations, including file management, documentation, and clerical tasks.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and supplies are maintained.
- **Field Work**:
- Visit vendors, suppliers, or service providers for office-related tasks as required.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and other materials.
- Deliver or collect documents and packages as instructed.
- **Procurement Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Negotiate prices and manage procurement-related documentation.
- Maintain an updated inventory of procured items.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively in Hindi to coordinate with field personnel, vendors, and suppliers.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- **Miscellaneous**:
- Assist in organizing office events or meetings.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel for field-related tasks.
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹18,897.55 per month
