**Reports To**: HR Department

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle front-desk activities: answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting rooms.
- Perform data entry and maintain office databases.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic financial records.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate with facility services.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
