**Job Description - Office AssistantPosition**: Office Assistant**Department**:
The Office Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing administrative and clerical assistance to different departments. The role involves handling documentation, coordination, and general office management tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and arranging logistics.
- Support HR and Admin teams with data entry, attendance, and employee records.
- Handle office supplies - monitoring stock and placing purchase requests.
- Provide basic support in billing, vouchers, and petty cash handling.
- Assist visitors and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff for office upkeep.
- Ensure confidentiality of company documents and sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as Office Assistant / Admin Assistant (Freshers can also apply).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
