JOB DESCRIPTION:
▪ Handling exports (Ocean/Land/Air) of both hazardous/non-hazardous products & all the related

formalities.

▪ Preparing entire documentation right from the purchase orders, order confirmations, sales confirmations,

pre-shipment documents, post-shipment documents.

▪ Follow-ups with the suppliers for timely delivery of the product and necessary documents.

▪ Arranging local transportation, preparing shipment labels.

▪ Arranging insurance for the shipments.

▪ Managing ISO related requirements of the department

▪ Co-ordinating with the forwarding agents for sea/air freight rates & for DG approval in case of hazardous

shipments.

▪ Liasoning with CHAs & Freight forwarders for documentation and timely execution of shipment

▪ Liasoning with bank for GR submission.

▪ Preparation and submission of E-BRCs.

▪ Sending proof of exports to the vendors.

▪ Tracking shipments and keeping clients posted.

▪ Managing sample shipments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
