**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics operations of MTB Industries, ensuring efficient procurement, transportation, and delivery of goods to our US export clients. The role involves optimizing supply chain processes, negotiating contracts, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Management**:

- Oversee the logistics operations from procurement to the final delivery of products to customers in the US.
- Ensure all transportation activities are executed efficiently.
- **Shipment Coordination**:

- Monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Proactively address any delays or disruptions in the supply chain.
- **Vendor and Carrier Management**:

- Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers, carriers, and customers to secure favorable terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all logistics stakeholders.
- **Strategy and Process Improvement**:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the distribution of goods and enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitor and refine the supply chain process for cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze logistics performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on logistics performance for management review.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all logistics operations adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Stay updated with relevant laws and industry standards to maintain compliance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in US export operations.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in logistics software and tools, with a strong understanding of supply chain optimization techniques.
- **Key Competencies**:

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- **Knowledge of Regulations**: Familiarity with international shipping laws and US export compliance requirements is preferred.
