Marketing & Sales - Junior Manager (Aerospace Industry Preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the aerospace industry.

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to drive revenue growth.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy.

Manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based outreach efforts.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations.

**Technical Competencies**:
Knowledge of aerospace products, services, and market dynamics.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms.

Strong understanding of sales cycles, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Familiarity with trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in the aerospace sector.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering (Aerospace/Mechanical preferred).

MBA in Marketing or Sales is an advantage.

**Certifications (preferred)**:
Certification in Digital Marketing or Sales Management (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).

Certification in Aerospace Standards or Industry Practices is a plus.

**Technical Skills and Experience**:
3 to 6 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the aerospace or related industry.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.

Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.

Familiarity with government and defence procurement processes is a plus.
