Setting Sales Goals: Establish sales targets and objectives for the team based on overall business goals.

Strategic Planning: Develop effective sales strategies, tactics, and plans to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and areas for expanding the company’s product offerings.

Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and mentor sales staff, ensuring they understand both the products and the sales techniques needed to succeed.

Team Motivation: Provide leadership and motivation to the sales team, ensuring a high level of morale, productivity, and job satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics and regularly review the team's performance, offering guidance and feedback to ensure objectives are met.

Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts within the team or with clients, ensuring smooth operations and a positive team environment.
