Experience in handling online visa queries and filling online forms
Above-average communication skills

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Expertise in Visa documentation process - Tourist visa, Business visa and work visa

Understand the visa requirements of the client and guide them with proper documentation

Submission, follow up and co-ordination with all possible channels.

Compliance with the standard operation procedures and no deviation from the process

Ensure proper customer service and good customer communication.

Ms Office and Excel is added advantage.

Experience between 1 - 3 years

Good Communication Skills

Necessary Visa Processing knowledge of major countries

**Salary**: ₹8,696.99 - ₹30,120.01 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Joining bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Pune - 411038, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
