Job Responsibilities
- **Client Consultation & Coordination**:
- **Requirement Analysis & Guidance**:
Assess client requirements and offer accurate, tailored guidance regarding visa processes and documentation.
- **Visa Quotations & Follow-ups**:
- **Document Verification & Query Resolution**:
- **Visa Application Processing**:
- **Embassy/Consulate Coordination**:
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:
- **Consistent Follow-ups**:
**Required Skills**:
- **Excellent Communication**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- **Teamwork & Independence**:
Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving**:
A proactive, client-focused approach to resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Technical Proficiency**:
Competence in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) for documentation and communication.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
