**Responsibilities of Position**:

- PO verification in coordination with Sales
- PO acknowledgement and ensure contract commercials in line with PRI requirement
- Issuance of PI & LC follow up
- Ensure LC issuance post follow up with customer
- Ensure LC amendments post Sales coordination
- Ensure direct coordination with Indian banks for LC amendments, convince PRL in case if no amendment

is needed (Sales shall support)
- Delivery and forecast coordination and adherence
- In time delivery adherence post coordination with MYG (factory) & Freight forwarder
- In time document transmission to customer ensuring non-applicability of demurrage at Ports
- Complete end-to-end document handling for FTWZ transactions (SSEL specific)
- Stock forecast, maintenance and document transmission for FTWZ transaction
- BL, LC, Invoice reconciliation for FTWZ transactions
- Coordination with banks for LC acceptance (Sales shall support)
- Other miscellaneous customer support activities

**Attributes/Skill Required**:

- Knowledge of Excel/Word
- Good written & Verbal Communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Ensure in time correspondence and delivery to customers
- Analytical and data driven
- Go getter attitude

**Experience / Education Required**:
Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate in any Field

Experience: 6-8 Years of Relevant Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹538,171.50 - ₹1,036,163.38 per year

- Day shift
