**At epiFi you will**:
- Monitor last mile delivery, TAT breach, manage customer returns ensuring best in class experience to the customer
- Continuously evaluate and improve process to provide best in class delivery process
- Excellent Vendor Management and Stakeholder management to provide timely resolution to customer queries
- Proactively resolve delivery/tracking related tickets that are escalated to CX queue on priority basis
- 1-4 years of relevant experience with Vendor management, CX executive in supply chain
- Have substantial investigation and problem solving experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization; leveraging resources across the organization to complete deliverables
- Ability to handle highly confidential information professionally and with appropriate discretion
- Working on Excel, PinPoint tool will be added advantage
Expect at least 3 rounds to assess your articulation & communication, general aptitude, attitude and a team fitment
