The IDDA Ops Support & Delivery Principal will play a crucial role in bridging creativity and technology to produce best practice, inclusive, and high-performing user experiences across various digital products and services on a global scale. **What’s the role**
- Shape and execute the Inclusive Design & Digital Accessibility (IDDA) strategy within Experience design in Software Engineering, how to create inclusive products and services
- Drive forward our inclusive design strategy and ensure digital services are accessible for everyone while championing inclusion, diversity, and digital accessibility
- Work closely with the IDDA Lead and team members to identify underlying needs and address potential roadblocks
- Ensure compliance with inclusive design principles and W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines v2.1 up to and including level AA
- Manage various projects delivering web and software audits and accessible web design, organize information to report on the effectiveness of the program as it is being implemented
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and manage resource requests, schedules, KPIs, and reporting
- Support team members and ensure appropriate assignment of resources to projects

**What we need from you**
- 9-12 years of total experience with at least 5 years working on Digital Accessibility
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1, ARIA, ATAG, is a plus
- Preferably holds an accessibility-related certification such as CPACC, WAS, or Trusted Tester
- Experience in creating champion networks or other grassroots-style advocacy campaigns, specifically related to meeting the needs of users who are digitally excluded or have access needs.
- Passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in digital accessibility
- Able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with diverse stakeholders and develop partnerships
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and reporting skills with the ability to translate complex technical information to non-technical users.
