**Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)**

**Location**: Noida

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Leadership**: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the company's technological development, guiding the technical team in aligning technology initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- **Technology Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap that supports the company's growth objectives, fosters innovation, and ensures the scalability, security, and efficiency of our technological infrastructure.
- **Team Management**: Build and lead a high-performing technical team, including software developers, engineers, and IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- **Product Development**: Oversee the development and deployment of innovative software solutions and products, from concept to launch, ensuring they meet quality standards, user requirements, and market demands.
- **Technology Partnerships**: Identify and evaluate strategic technology partnerships, vendors, and suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to enhance the company's technological capabilities and competitive advantage.
- **Cybersecurity and Compliance**: Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices to protect the company's data, systems, and intellectual property, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- **Innovation and Research**: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the industry, conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for technological innovation and improvement.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborate closely with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders to communicate technology-related initiatives, progress, and challenges, ensuring alignment and support for strategic objectives.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the technology budget, allocating resources effectively, tracking expenditures, and optimizing investments to maximize ROI and achieve cost efficiencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior leadership role in technology, with a proven track record of driving technological innovation and leading successful technical teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technology trends, and emerging technologies, with expertise in areas such as cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results, managing complexity, and adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of managing technology projects and initiatives from conception to implementation, delivering on time and within budget.
- Experience in [specific industry or domain relevant to the company's operations] is a plus.
- Certification in relevant technologies or project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, AWS, etc.) is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
