**Job Title**: Quick Commerce Sales Executive
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales growth and revenue targets across quick commerce platforms by executing platform-specific sales plans.
- Manage day-to-day operations related to product listings, stock availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.
- Track sales performance and share actionable insights to improve SKU-level and category-level growth.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with platform category managers to gain visibility and promotional opportunities.
- Execute and monitor campaigns, deal days, and limited-time offers, ensuring timely setup and error-free execution.
- Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and assortment gaps to suggest corrective actions.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand presence and promotional content are aligned with platform strategies.
- Maintain and report daily/weekly sales trackers, performance dashboards, and promotional calendars.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or quick commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of quick commerce platforms and business models.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with seller/vendor dashboards.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with a growth mindset and strong execution skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
