Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling dental professionals, ensuring the company's products are well-represented and preferred in the market. Compulsory to have two-wheeler

Key Responsibilities:

- Target: Ensure that all the monthly/ quarterly and yearly targets are achieved.
- Sales Promotion: Present and promote products to dental professionals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and facilitate sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate benefits and features.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand Client needs.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales daily/weekly/monthly reports, forecasts, and expense reports as required.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Collection: Timely payment collection as per the billing cycle & meeting the collection target

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

**Skills**:

- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Analytical skills for market and sales data analysis.
- Adaptability to changing environments and product lines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.

Working Conditions:

- Travel within assigned area to meet clients and attend events.
- Regular meetings and presentations with dental industry professionals.

This role is vital for driving sales and ensuring that dentists are informed about the latest products available to them.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
