As a Tele Sales Executive at AQT Direct Limited, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and business development efforts. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective telephone communication. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients identified through targeted research and lead generation activities.
- Utilize various tools and resources to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Sales Pitch and Presentation**:
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our investment opportunities.
- Tailor sales presentations to address the specific needs and interests of each prospect.
- Handle objections and address concerns to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or investment products.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing relevant information and insights about our investment offerings.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in tele sales, outbound sales, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or investment industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for sales and business development.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
