**Job Title**: GEM Tender Executive

**Location**: Mumbai, India

**Job Type**: Full-time, Office-based

**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month

We can fulfill Client's requirement of all size as we stock huge amount of material from both indigenous & foreign manufactures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) platform.
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and guidelines.
- Review and analyze tender documents and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Monitor and track tender submissions and status.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of tender submissions and related documents.
- Liaise with government officials and other stakeholders as needed.
- Provide regular updates and reports on tender progress and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in submitting government tenders, with a strong focus on the GEM platform.
- Proven track record of successful tender submissions and a deep understanding of tendering processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
- Must be residing in Mumbai.
