**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**: Coordinate the entire tendering process, from identifying tender opportunities to submission and post-tender follow-up.
- **Documentation Preparation**: Review and prepare tender documents in accordance with client specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, clients, and suppliers regarding tender-related matters. Coordinate with various departments (e.g., finance, legal, procurement) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify new tender opportunities and understand industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
- **Bid Strategies**: Develop competitive pricing and bid strategies by analyzing market conditions, client requirements, and organizational goals.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**: Ensure all tenders meet legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Verify accuracy of all information in bid documents before submission.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify potential risks associated with bids and tenders and suggest mitigation measures.
- **Data Management**: Maintain a database of tender submissions, track the status of bids, and generate reports for senior management review.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in tender management, procurement, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of tendering procedures and industry regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
