**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals, career aspirations, and academic background.
- Actively promote and sell educational programs, courses, or institutional offerings to prospective students.
- Follow up with students who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled to close the sale.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
- Generate and meet sales quotas through effective counseling and promotional strategies.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to provide personalized, high-quality counseling while meeting sales targets.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Pay: ₹13,008.14 - ₹44,123.77 per month
