- It is built on a Strategy Execution framework that integrates key disciplines of strategy execution, governance and performance management across the organisation to enable a more dynamic and interactive approach to enterprise strategy execution._

We are currently looking to hire a** Business Solution Designer** who can:

- Work on short consulting assignments with customers to find new use-cases for our product
- Help Internalise the product vision
- Ruthlessly abstract product functionality from 'requirements' flowing in from all quarters
- Stay true to the product
- Document and communicate broad product ideas as well as intricate feature specifications, clearly and concisely
- Manage entire Strategic Product initiatives from a functional standpoint
- Develop and help propagate intuition on the product across the organisation
- Work with end customers to identify the true cause of problems
- Work with other product team members to build a coordinated, coherent and stable product

**You Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with Business to derive product features based on new use-cases / loose requirements
- Slice user stories to deliver verifiable value
- Document use-cases and present to internal stakeholders
- Work with Engineering team to build product features
- Assist the Engineering team with their story estimates, sprint loading, story sequencing

**Basic skills**:

- You're naturally approachable and easy to tell difficult ideas to
- Systematic approach to organizing and prioritizing a backlog
- You want to comprehend things thoroughly, and yet recognize the value of intuition
- You have an aesthetic sense and can tell when something is broken
- You understand how technology can or cannot solve business problems
- You are open to international travel

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors’ degree in engineering or computer science preferred
- MBA or similar degree a plus
- Experience in **Business Consulting, preferably in Strategy or Business Analytics is a must**:

- Expert knowledge in Systems thinking and Systems Design is a must
- Good sense of design & Aesthetics is a plus
- Minimum** 8-10 years** of relevant industry experience
