Works with senior leadership, brings thought leadership, and helps to build and strengthen Telecompractice. Experiencewith Business Analysis, Business Process Re-engineering, E2ESolutionDesign/ Component or SystemDesign/Solution Architecture, in TelecomOSS / BSS domainis required. Good to have workingexperienceon Digital Transformation, OSS/BSS Cloud Implementations, Network Transformation programs. Understandingof Technology Landscape such as E2E OSS & BSS, CRM/CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management (OM), Service Order Management, Inventory Management, Microservices basedArchitecture, RPA, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Billing, and Invoicing for B2C / B2B business. Should have a business focus, and an equalunderstandingof IT/Technology enablement, so as to be able to align the business goals/objectives to the IT delivery. Good experiencein data modelling, UML, and integration patterns. Hasgoodunderstandingof frameworks relevant for Telecommunications domain(for e.g. eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, ODA) Able to understand and translate business requirements, and working with product / technical and operations teams to helpdesignand build newProductsandServices Able to conduct workshops anddesignthinking sessions, to understand IT Process / Technology /Architectureand existing OSS/BSS implementations. Able to deliver intelligent business insights through translation of reports and analytics. Fairunderstandingof both B2C & B2B Product Lifecycle management (Products, Promotion, Pricing, Digital Marketing etc.) Understandingof technologies such as 4G/5G/Metro Ethernet/ATM/MPLS/SONET/SDH etc. and their mapping to OSS systems is an added advantage. Please finda below JDofOSS Designer/Archfor your reference: Lead the design and development of OSS/BSS solutions fortelecommunication clients. Workclosely with clients to understand requirements and propose optimal solutions. Define architecture blueprints and provide technical leadership to project teams. Conduct workshops, design reviews, and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to OSS/BSS systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. Minimum 7 years of experience in designing and implementing OSS/BSS solutions. In-depth knowledge of OSS processes and frameworks in thetelecomindustry.
