Customer Service Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor service requests for consumer appliances.
- Act as a link between customers, service engineers, and vendors to ensure timely complaint resolution.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and follow-ups in the system.
- Ensure proper documentation of all service activities.
- Provide regular updates to customers on service status and escalate unresolved issues when required.
- Support the service team in achieving customer satisfaction targets.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma (preferably in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical or related fields).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the service field of consumer appliances.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
