**Role Overview**

As a **Service Advisor**, you'll be the vital link between our customers and the service team. From understanding customer needs to ensuring timely service delivery, you'll play a crucial role in providing an exceptional service experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome customers with a smile and a professional attitude
- Listen to and understand their vehicle concerns and create work orders.
- Clearly explain the required services and associated costs.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Keep customers informed about the progress and additional repairs (if needed).
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow up on feedback.
- Promote additional services and parts where beneficial to the customer.

**What You Bring**
- **Experience**: 1+ year of total work experience (preferred).
- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and processes.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver great results.
