**Warehouse Officer**

**Location**:

- Bavla Bagodara Highway, Ahmedabad

- **B Sc.
- **Experience - **Pharma Formulation**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory and ensure that stock levels are optimized.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Receiving and Dispatching**:

- Supervise the receipt of incoming goods and ensure they are checked, recorded, and stored correctly.
- Coordinate the dispatch of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers or other departments.
- Manage the documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing lists, delivery notes, and invoices.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and other regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or compliance issues.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and effective warehouse operations.
- Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and accuracy.
- **Equipment and Facility Management**:

- Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of warehouse facilities to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling activities in compliance with environmental regulations.

Pay: ₹20,561.25 - ₹32,102.29 per month
