**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
✔Ensure proper documentation and accurate inventory management using warehouse management systems (WMS).
✔Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment adhering to GMP and ISO standards.
✔Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
✔Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff for continuous performance improvement.
✔Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
✔Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs, stock levels, and discrepancies.
✔Drive process improvement initiatives and reduce operational bottlenecks.

**Hard Skills**:
✔Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
✔Knowledge of warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and documentation.
✔Understanding of GMP, ISO, and related compliance standards.
✔Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

**Soft Skills**:
✔Strong leadership and team management abilities.
✔Excellent organizational and time management skills.
✔Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
✔High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Key Skills**:
✔Store management, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inventory, Stock Handling

**Education**:
✔Any Bachelor’s degree

**Preferred Experience**:
✔Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
