**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.

**Team Supervision**:

- Lead and manage warehouse staff for smooth operations.
- Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently.

**Order Processing**:

- Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for deliveries.

**Warehouse Organization**:

- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Arrange products systematically for easy accessibility.

**Quality Control**:

- Check incoming and outgoing goods for quality and quantity.
- Address damaged or defective products promptly.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Train team members on safe handling practices.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.

**Coordination**:

- Work closely with other departments like procurement, sales, and logistics.
- Resolve any warehouse-related issues efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- ** Education**: Any Bachelor's degree.
- ** Skills**:

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
