**Job Title: Warehouse RM Store Officer**

**Reports To**: Warehouse Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse RM Store Officer is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and other pharmaceutical products within the warehouse. This role ensures that all operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies to maintain the integrity and quality of pharmaceutical products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the receipt and inspection of raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock receipts, issues, and adjustments.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- **Storage and Handling**:

- Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials, adhering to pharmaceutical guidelines and safety regulations.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space and accessibility.
- Monitor and control inventory expiration dates and implement a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Supervise warehouse staff in daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures and best practices.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Document any incidents or discrepancies in line with company policies.
- **Safety and Maintenance**:

- Promote a culture of safety within the warehouse by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.
- Ensure all equipment and storage areas are maintained in good condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum of [X years] experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
- Familiarity with GMP and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work in a warehouse environment, requiring standing, lifting, and moving materials.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
