**Job Overview**:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our International Voice Process team specializing in medical calling. As a part of this role, you will handle calls from clients in the US, assist with medical inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. We offer complete training to help you succeed in this role.

**Job Title**: - International Voice Process (US Clients)
**Experience Required**: Fresher / 0-3 years of experience in international voice process
**Shift**: US Shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday (Saturday working may be required depending on client needs)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls for medical inquiries from US clients.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues related to medical queries.
- Ensuring high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Documenting calls and maintaining accurate client records.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while interacting with clients.
- Achieving performance and quality targets set by the client.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 1-3 year of experience in a customer service or voice process is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM) and on Saturdays, if required.
- Strong desire to learn and develop skills in customer service.
- Ability to handle medical-related queries with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
