DESIGNATION : Chef

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve **three meals daily** (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Manage menu planning
- Handle food purchasing
- Maintain **high standards of food safety, hygiene** and kitchen cleanliness.
- **Supervise kitchen assistants** (if applicable) to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** as a chef, with expertise in preparing wide range of local popular dishes.
- Ability to work in India for the full **2-year contract duration**.
- **Familiarity with using local Indian ingredients** to recreate authentic Chinese, Malay, Indian, Korean, etc. dishes.
- Strong **organizational and time management skills** to prepare meals efficiently.
- Knowledge of **food safety standards** and best practices to ensure high-quality, safe food preparation.
