**Role Overview**: We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Officer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves driving sales and boosting our market presence in the local area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the promotion and sales of our Ayurvedic and Allopathic OTC products.
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Regularly visit GP doctors and chemists.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and pharmacists.
- Identify, appoint, and manage new stockists within the assigned region.
- Ensure timely product distribution and proper inventory management through stockists.
- Conduct market visits to enhance product visibility and monitor competitor activity.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the OTC sector.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing stockist networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory effectively.
- Familiarity with the local market dynamics and healthcare landscape in Ahmedabad.
