**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to lead our sales team and drive business growth for our real estate/property portal. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with potential clients, and ensuring the success of the sales team in meeting targets and objectives.

**Key Clients/Stakeholders**:

- Builders/Developers
- Brokers/Agents/Partners
- Investors
- Buyers
- Sellers

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Interact with and onboard potential clients, including builders, brokers, agents, and buyers.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and progress against goals.
- Create and implement training programs to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to improve platform offerings and sales strategies.
- Handle sales forecasting, performance reporting, and data analysis to drive decision-making.
- Resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring satisfaction for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
