Job Title : L1 Helpdesk Service Agent
Roles and Responsibilities
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Arabic Language to connect with Internal &
External Customers.
- Should be efficient in handling L1 service desk & call support activities in Arabic Language for
Airports/ Airlines
- Have understanding of troubleshooting, setting up Outlook accounts and related issues, running
Patch updates, disk and memory space errors, configuration knowledge, S/W installations,
updating, MS office suite, Firewall related, Antivirus related, password resets, installing apps, etc.
Excellent Communication skills in Arabic Language
- Team player and contribute towards Team goals
- Should be able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Flexible to work with roster offs & shifts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹216,002.85 - ₹611,094.99 per year
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
**Experience**:
- total work: 4 years (preferred)

- Pune, Maharashtra (required)
