**About the Role**:
Sri Edu Foundation is looking for a proactive and well-organized **Academic & Operations Coordinator** to manage the day-to-day functioning of academic and administrative operations across multiple branches. The role demands multitasking, people management, and a keen eye for detail in executing academic plans and managing resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage **class schedules**, faculty allocations, and academic calendars
- Oversee **student documentation**, admissions support, and record-keeping
- Ensure smooth implementation of the curriculum across branches
- Act as a point of contact between faculty, students, and management
- Monitor faculty performance and support them with planning and execution
- Organize academic and extracurricular events, examinations, and parent interactions
- Coordinate logistics, resources, and operational requirements across locations
- Prepare and maintain regular reports related to academics and operations
- Assist in onboarding new staff and support orientation processes

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Education background preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in academic coordination or educational administration
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and manage time across branches
- Prior experience in a multi-branch educational setup is a plus
