- **Assessment and Evaluation**:Assisting in the development and implementation of assessment strategies, analyzing student performance data, and providing feedback to teachers.
- **Strong Educational Background**:A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is typically required.
- **Experience as a Coordinator**:Prior experience as a primary school coordinator
- **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:The ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and administrators is crucial.
- **Organizational and Time Management Skills**:Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- **Leadership and Mentoring Skills**:The ability to lead and mentor teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
